Our UK based support team are on hand to provide a swift resolution to any helpdesk or service requests.

They are available to speak to any time between 9am and 5.30pm GMT Monday to Friday, and 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Every client has a dedicated member of the support team, and we use an online ticketing system to allow the status of any service requests to be tracked. Unlike most suppliers, we also give direct access to our developers and regularly tailor the live product to reflect the needs of clients, however large or small.

The Storm platform is extraordinarily robust and reliable, however in the unlikely event that things do go wrong, we have the tools in place to get it fixed quickly:
